What It Takes to Get Rollin' High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 year of cherry picker forklift & warehouse/manufacturing experience. Must be able to become forklift certified. Ability to lift heavy boxes and perform tasks accurately. Basic skills in reading, writing, math, and computer use. Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. Team-oriented with at least one year of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
