Caregiver Position Aeon Senior Living – Sammamish, WA Schedule: Friday to Tuesday 8am - 4:30pm Hourly Rate: $22–$25, plus monthly performance bonusAbout Aeon Senior Living: Aeon Senior Living is a boutique adult family home located in the serene community of Sammamish, Washington. Our residents enjoy spacious, light-filled accommodations, gourmet meals prepared by a private chef, and a variety of enriching daily activities.We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team and support the well-being of our residents through personalized assistance and high standards of care.Position Summary: The Caregiver will provide direct personal care, assist with activities of daily living, assist with medications, and support the overall health and safety of our residents. This position is essential to maintaining a nurturing and respectful home environment.Key Responsibilities Include:Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and mobilityProviding medication assistance according to delegation and state regulationsObserving and reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staffSupporting mealtime service and hydrationEncouraging participation in activities and promoting resident engagementAssisting with housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe environmentDocumenting care provided and maintaining accurate recordsMinimum Qualifications:Active Washington State CNA or HCA license (required)Minimum 1 year of experience working with seniors in a long-term care or assisted living settingCurrent CPR/First Aid and Food Handler’s certificationNurse Delegation, Dementia, and Diabetes certification (preferred)Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishStrong teamwork, time management, and interpersonal skillsA genuine passion for working with older adultsWhy Work at Aeon:Supportive, small-team environmentConsistent schedule with extended shifts and more full days offOpportunity to work in a peaceful, homelike settingCompetitive hourly rate and monthly performance incentivesChance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors
