You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes. Base pay $16.00 per hour with shift premium for weekend and overnight up to $19.00 per hour.RESPONSIBILITIESWith dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:CompanionshipLight cooking and cleaningBathing, grooming and toiletingAssistance with ambulation and medication remindersTransportation for appointments and errandsQUALIFICATIONSCNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill personsExcepting Medical AssistantsExceptional communication skillsReliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insuranceMust be physically able to perform the duties of this positionMature, caring, punctual, and reliablePass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)Must have reliable transportationBENEFITSWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE)We provide liability insuranceWe provide worker’s compensationWe provide flexible schedulesTapcheck availableThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
