Shipping & Receiving Dock Worker

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Shipping & Receiving Dock Worker to join our warehouse operations team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe movement of goods in and out of the facility. The ideal candidate is organized, safety‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slipsLoad and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment (training available if needed)Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, packaging, palletizing, and documentationMaintain accurate records for all shipping and receiving documentationOrganize and maintain the dock area to ensure cleanliness and safetyCoordinate with carriers, drivers, and internal departments regarding shipments and deliveriesPerform inventory counts and assist with cycle countingFollow all safety guidelines, including OSHA and company policiesAssist with all other duties as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious warehouse, shipping/receiving, or dock experience a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamForklift experience required What We Offer Competitive payHealth, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for training, advancement, and cross‑trainingA supportive and safety‑focused work environment 1st Shift Hours
