Warehouse Order Picker - Temp to Perm In-Person Interview Required We are seeking experienced warehouse candidates for a temp-to-perm Order Picker/Selector position. The role requires strong order picking and selecting skills, with proven experience in a traditional warehouse environment (no conveyor belts). Candidates must be comfortable on their feet for 10-12 hours per day and possess excellent spatial awareness as movement throughout the facility is constant. • Shift: Sunday-Friday (off Saturday and one weekday), 5:30 PM until work completion (approx. 9-10 hours). Flexible end time for personal commitments, with a minimum of 8 hours required. • Pay Rate: Up to/hr during temp period; full-time hires may earn up to/hr based on performance and incentive pay. • Order Picking Rate: Able to pick 100-140 items per hour. Average orders are around 40 pieces, but volume can vary significantly. • Training: Selection experience preferred; candidates with general warehouse experience will be considered and trained in order selection. • Performance Expectations: 80-100 pieces per hour after 4 weeks; at or above 100 pieces per hour after 6 weeks. • Equipment: Electric pallet jack (required) and stand-up reach truck (preferred; will be used if converted to permanent). • Environment: Must be comfortable working in cold/wet conditions and able to provide own PPE for the cold. • Attendance: Must have proof of a good attendance record, with at least 6 months at each employer in the past 2 years. • Experience: Minimum 6 months of selecting experience required. • Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs individually.
