General Laborer - Janitor - Novi, Michigan Contract position through May 31, 2026 Pay Rate: up to $18.00 per hour Duties of the General Laborer - Janitor: Duties required are as follows but not limited to within reason and management instruction. Cleaning of restrooms, spills following safe practice procedures, high and low traffic areas, and office spaces Wiping all glass windows and doors when required Trash removal and compacting throughout site operational areas Box break down when required Sweeps, Mops, vacuums Simple carpentry skills, such as cutting down or disassembling some pallets Basic painting skills The ideal General Laborer - Janitor must possess: Must be committed to the work as described Must be available for weekend work when needed Must have evident of past cleaning experience - preferably in a manufacturing, hospital, or school setting shown on resume Required Skills of the General Laborer - Janitor: Cleaning experience Safe Practice Procedures Glass Cleaning Trash Removal Compacting Box Breakdown Sweeping Mopping Vacuuming Must be able to read, write, and speak English A successful candidate will be subject to a background check and must receive satisfactory results of the same, as a condition of joining the team.
