Your Role You play a crucial part in ensuring that our products are available on the sales floor! As a part-time stock brand ambassador, you excel at moving merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor through efficient shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. With a strong commitment to AEO Brand Standards, a keen eye for merchandising, and a meticulous attention to detail, you make sure that our store shines. While the stockroom is your main area, you’re also ready to assist your teammates and guests on the sales floor when needed. Your Responsibilities Passion for Brand Standards: You actively keep products moving through effective and timely processes including shipment handling, replenishments, markdowns, and visual merchandising. A Master of the Stockroom: Efficiency and productivity are your forte as you maintain an organized stockroom, ensuring that all merchandise, marketing materials, and fixtures are in their rightful places. Innovative Thinker: You recognize merchandising opportunities and communicate with store leadership to develop and implement effective solutions.
