Warehouse Receiving Specialist

Pay Range $17.23 - $21.05 Purpose The Warehouse Receiving Specialist plays a crucial role in our retail store operations by assisting with warehouse management. This position involves unloading, auditing, and staging products to accurately recover store inventory. We have both Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. Minimum Eligibility Requirements 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred Forklift operation experience is preferred Strong communication skills, both oral and written Detail-oriented and organized Ability to work in varying weather conditions Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines Willingness to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons Essential Functions Act in alignment with the company's core values Stage products for accurate counting and inspection Complete all receiving paperwork accurately Store products efficiently to optimize space and adhere to safety protocols Monitor inventory rotation within the warehouse Perform other related duties as assigned by management Comply with the company's safe lifting practices and operating procedures Complete necessary department and equipment training (must be forklift certified) Working Conditions Employees may be frequently exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles, with a typical noise level ranging from moderate to noisy. Physical/Sensory Requirements Ability to exert between 30 - 60 pounds occasionally and 20-30 pounds frequently for lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects. The role requires frequent use of hands and fingers for handling tasks. Standing, walking, reaching, climbing, and bending are typical physical demands.
