Warehouse Forklift Operator Aerotek is hiring Warehouse Forklift Operators in Midlothian, VA! We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Technician for our supply store who can efficiently handle RF scanners and operate forklifts. The role involves using material handling equipment for inbound and outbound shipments, loading and unloading trucks, and managing materials within warehouse racks and between locations. Responsibilities Operate material handling equipment safely for inbound and outbound shipments, including loading and unloading trucks. Inspect and ensure all equipment is in safe operating condition, reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions to a supervisor. Stock and arrange products to ensure efficient warehouse inventory turnover. Accurately determine material quantities through cycle counting. Receive materials into inventory, move materials between designated locations, and locate/pick materials as required. Ensure accurate entries of part numbers, quantities, and other relevant data in electronic records. Resolve any discrepancies with material quantities or part numbers. Ensure stable pallet arrangements and prevent damage to material racking and equipment. Perform housekeeping duties as assigned. Essential Skills Proficiency with RF scanners. Forklift operation skills. Experience with inventory management and material handling. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to practice safe material handling techniques. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midlothian, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
