Outpatient Psychiatrist

Resiliency Mind + Body Medicine is growing, and we are looking for an exceptional outpatient psychiatrist to join our physician-led team in Newport Beach and San Juan Capistrano . Resiliency is a 100% physician-owned practice where autonomy, outcomes, and collaborative culture are integral to our mission. This role offers the opportunity to practice modern psychiatry the way it was meant to be practiced: thoughtful medication management, access to interventional treatments, collaboration with a strong clinical team, and the ability to help build something meaningful. We specialize in interventional and integrative psychiatry , including Deep TMS and Spravato , and are expanding access to these treatments across Southern California. Compensation and Benefits Base: $220,000 Earning potential of $300,000-$400,000+ Base salary, productivity bonus with uncapped earning potential 401(k) with employer match 4 weeks PTO 8 paid holidays Hybrid flexibility with minimum 2 days on-site Opportunity to work in a rapidly growing physician-owned practice This is a hybrid role , with at least 2 days per week onsite at our Newport Beach and/or San Juan Capistrano clinics . We are also opening in Anaheim Hills this fall which could be the primary location as well.
