Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Position will support the south west region of Cleveland At AbsoluteCare, we serve some of the most vulnerable individuals in America our neighbors who are at higher risk for disease or who live with multiple complex chronic illnesses. Many of these individuals face an unequal healthcare system and often seek basic care in emergency rooms. Our goal is to transition these patients into members of our community, providing them with focused, high-quality care. We refer to this approach as care beyond medicine. Our comprehensive care centers transform the traditional doctor s office model. Each member is surrounded by a dedicated care team, including doctors, nurses, social workers, and medical assistants, who have the time and expertise to understand and address their unique needs. We provide a wide range of essential services under one roof, including pharmacy, X-rays, blood lab services, nutrition support, urgent care, and more.Here are some highlights:• Patient Focus: We prioritize patient outcomes over volume.• Compensation: We offer excellent pay ranging from $150K $165K, plus incentives.• Time Off: Enjoy 22 days of PTO, 9 holidays, and 5 days for CME.• Schedule: No weekends, holidays, or evening shifts.• Staffing: Full staffing, including RNs, MAs, care teams, social workers, and behavioral health professionals.Follow the link to apply:
