Pastry Chef

We're looking for experienced pastry chefs and cakemakers who are kind, care about excellence, and want to improve every day. We're hiring for all of the following roles: * Assistant cakemaker ($24-26/hr + avg $5/hr in tips): bake, prepare buttercream and fillings, decorate simpler cakes * Cakemaker ($26-28/hr + avg $5/hr in tips): bake cakes, prepare buttercream and fillings, decorate more complex cake * Senior cakemaker ($28-31/hr + avg $5/hr in tips): bake, prepare fillings, decorate most complex cakes Butter& structures our team as employees, provides high quality health care, and offers free lunch every day.Butter& is growing quickly, so this role has lots of potential.
