Grill Cook

The Pluckemin Inn, a fine dining restaurant in Bedminster NJ is seeking an experienced & professional Cook to work a busy meat/grill station. We are an established team looking to add a couple more like-minded professionals to the mix. Potential hire should have 2-4 years experience in higher volume upscale setting. Fine dining is preferred but not required. Candidate will be trained in all aspects of this station which are : -Meat protein fabrication and portion control - Saucier responsibilities - Sous Vide cookery -Inventory controls and ordering This position is ideal for a hungry cook looking to grow into a sous chef position. Perks and bonuses of the job include excellent hourly pay plus overtime, every Sunday off (we are closed) , most holidays off, paid vacation after one year, medical & dental benefits offered, and out of work before 10pm most nights.
