Cetrella seeks two strong Line Cooks to join the kitchen led by its Executive Chef; one will work in the main kitchen and the other will specialize in housemade artisan pasta based on their proficiency in this area. Cetrella is a fine dining restaurant serving Mediterranean-Rim, California Coastal cuisine for 22 years. Its new campus in the heart of Silicon Valley features a spacious main dining room with bar and terrace, an outdoor Paseo and parklet, an underground speakeasy, and a teaching kitchen. Cetrella is highly rated as a neighborhood gem, corporate and personal special occasion spot, and wonderful date night and bar scene. The menus feature sustainably sourced artisan ingredients and produce, fish, poultry and meats, house-made pasta, tapas and specialty desserts.
