Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment starting January 5-March 31 at their Corporate Health clinic in Greeley, CO. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and light occupational health. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 7:00am-4:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 12-1pm, and Tuesday & Thursday 9:30am-6:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break from 1-1:30pm. Clinic is staffed by one provider and 2 MAs and sees 10 patients per day on average.
