A healthcare network in Westchester County, NY is actively seeking a licensed Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join their team providing maternity leave coverage.About the Opportunity:Shift: NightsSchedule: 3 shifts/week (12 hours) or 4 shifts/week (10 hours)Hours: 7pm to 7amSetting: Pediatric Hospitalist ProgramResponsibilities:Pediatric and newborn admissionsInpatient consultsCoverage for pediatric/newborn nursery patientsAssist with pediatric codes alongside house staff and ED teamNasogastric Tube (NGT) placementQualifications:Bachelor's and Master's DegreesNYS Nurse Practitioner (NP) licenseBoard Certified Family NP (FNP) or Pediatric NP (PNP), BLS, PALS, NRPBLS and PALS certificationsStrong communication skillsAttention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentDesired Qualifications:Experience with Pediatric Inpatient Care preferredProficiency with EMR systems
