Your responsibilities will include:Leading and Inspiring the Team: You'll be a visible and engaging leader on the floor, mentoring, training, and motivating our front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service and create a positive, collaborative work environment.Crafting Memorable Guest Experiences: From greeting guests with genuine warmth to proactively resolving any concerns, you'll ensure every guest leaves with a smile and a desire to return.Operational Excellence: You'll help manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, cost control, and ensuring adherence to our high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.Driving Business Growth: You'll contribute to achieving sales goals, drive marketing initiatives (may require occasional evening participation), identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction.Problem-Solving & Adaptability: You'll be a quick thinker, adept at navigating unexpected challenges and finding creative solutions to keep operations running smoothly.Building Strong Relationships: You'll foster positive relationships with staff, vendors, and guests, becoming a true ambassador for Anna’s House.Stepping Up to the Plate: In the General Manager's absence, you'll confidently assume full responsibility for the restaurant's operations, demonstrating your leadership capabilities.What You Bring to the Table:2 years of progressive leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
