Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and short-notice shifts Physical ability to assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily activities Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered mindset Responsibilities: Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying living areas) Provide medication reminders (as permitted by state regulations) Offer companionship and emotional support Accompany clients to appointments or errands Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Adapt to varying client needs and home environments Apply Today and Start Making a Difference!
