Job Full Description Position Overview Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Warehouse Inventory Coordinator for a well-established company in Circle Pines, MN. Pay & Schedule Hourly Pay: $24-$28 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Pay Frequency: Weekly Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire Location: Circle Pines, MN Screening Requirements: Background check & drug screen required Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance Sick Leave Employee Assistance Program Referral Bonus Program ($100 for each referral who works 100 hours) Key Responsibilities Coordinate domestic and international freight shipments to and from NTIC, suppliers, and 3PL partners Oversee safe storage and organization of products in a warehouse environment Provide backup support for International Logistics Manager, International Business Coordinator, Warehouse Coordinator, and Shipping/Receiving Complete Bills of Lading, packing slips, and all freight carrier documentation, including hazardous/dangerous goods labels Execute and coordinate cycle counts, including reviewing and investigating discrepancies Calculate weights and dimensions to estimate shipping costs Coordinate receiving activities and accurately enter data into ERP/database systems Qualifications Minimum 5 years warehouse/distribution experience ERP experience required Quick learner with strong computer skills Familiarity with material handling equipment; forklift certified Preferred but not required: Microsoft Dynamics GP experience, SAP S/4HANA Cloud experience High school diploma required; 2-4-year degree preferred Ability to read, write, and speak English; follow verbal instructions; and perform basic math Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record About Express Employment - Forest Lake, MN Since 2015, Express Employment Professionals in Forest Lake has partnered with over 300 businesses across the region to match top talent with rewarding job opportunities.
