Ref #: M-RN-294935Join a progressive care team in Columbia, MO, working nights (7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.) on a contract/travel basis. This position starts ASAP and pays $2,182 for a 36-hour assignment.What you'll be doing:Keep a close eye on patient status and vital signs, spotting changes early.Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed interventions safely and on time.Quickly respond to clinical changes and coordinate escalation of care when needed.Teach patients and families about their care plans and how to manage health after discharge.Accurately document care and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.Who we're looking for:Active RN license in the practicing state.Experience in progressive care, step-down, or critical care is preferred.Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills.BLS required; ACLS preferred.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to make a measurable difference for patients on nights in Columbia, reach out to learn more.
