Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager (Forklift Certified) Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations at an onsite facility. This is a direct hire opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside a small warehouse team while maintaining safe, accurate, and efficient operations. Forklift certification is required.Responsibilities Lead and supervise a small warehouse team, ensuring safe operation of forklifts and warehouse equipment Establish and maintain efficient warehouse procedures, workflows, and safety standards Coordinate order picking, staging, and shipping for customer orders, transfers, and returns Package, label, and ship orders via UPS, USPS, freight carriers, and local delivery Ensure accurate inventory handling, documentation, and loading of delivery vehicles with a target accuracy rate of 99% Train, schedule, and support warehouse staff, adjusting staffing and overtime to meet workload demands Monitor warehouse safety and enforce company policies and procedures Coordinate inbound and outbound activities with internal departments to meet deadlines Identify and resolve daily operational issues, escalating equipment or maintenance needs as required Track inventory data, assist with cycle counts and annual physical inventory Perform hands-on warehouse work as needed, including some physical labor Qualifications Forklift certification is required Prior experience leading or supervising a warehouse or distribution team Strong working knowledge of inventory control, materials management, and warehouse operations Familiarity with shipping, logistics, and transportation processes Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office products Ability to create and maintain part numbers and inventory tags Strong verbal and written communication skills Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work alongside the team Ability to perform physical tasks associated with warehouse work Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as business needs require Warehouse Manager (Forklift Certified) - 25-00851 IND123
