Construction Estimator

A well-established commercial General Contractor is seeking an Estimator to join their team in the Philadelphia area. The company has a strong pipeline of projects and specializes in K-12 and healthcare construction, with project sizes ranging from $5M–$150M. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate pricing Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals Assist with scope reviews, bid leveling, and project handoff to operations Support projects delivered through GMP and Lump Sum contracts Qualifications Experience estimating commercial construction projects K-12 and/or healthcare project experience preferred Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with xywuqvp subcontractors and internal teams Additional Details Project Types: K-12 and Healthcare Project Size: $5M – $150M Delivery Methods: GMP & Lump Sum Schedule: Primarily onsite (5 days/week) with flexibility once established.
