This hybrid position offers a balancedmodel of in-person and telehealth care, providing comprehensive psychiatricservices to a diverse patient population. Schedule & Work Model: Total Commitment: 20 hoursper week 17 clinical hours + 3administrative hours Minimum of 10 clinical hoursonsite at the King of Prussia clinic Remaining 7 clinical hoursmay be conducted remotely 3 administrative hourscompleted remotely Flexible scheduling alignedwith business needs Availability required duringpeak "after-school hours" (after 4:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends) Compensation & Benefits: Total Earning Potential: Upto $175,000+ annually Base Salary: $72,500(part-time, 20 hours/week) Guaranteed income withpredictable scheduling Additional Earnings: $100per clinical hour for patient visits beyond base caseload Medical, Dental, and Visioncoverage 401(k) with employer match Generous paid time off plus11 company holidays Ongoing clinical support andprofessional development opportunities Requirements: Master's Degree from anaccredited nursing program Board Certification as aPMHNP (PMHNP-BC) Active and unrestrictedPennsylvania PMHNP/APRN license DEA license and StatePrescriptive Authority Minimum of 1 year ofindependent psychiatric experience under licensure Ability to work onsite atthe King of Prussia clinic for at least 10 clinical hours per week Flexibility to work duringcore after-school hours (after 4:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends) Must have own computer,phone, and reliable high-speed internet Proficiency with EHR systemsand telehealth platforms
