In this full-time role, you will manage raw material and finished goods inventory, support warehouse and production operations. What we offer: Salaried position, based on experience Mon-Friday schedule 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, 401k with company match Paid time off, wellness programs, and tuition assistance Training and development and career opportunities Recognition for achievements Stability with a global, environmentally conscious company What you'll do: Track and manage raw materials and finished good inventory daily to align with production schedules Conduct monthly raw inventory counts and assist in quarterly finished goods audits Communicate daily with the Supply Chain Manager regarding resin, color, labels, foam, foil, and other critical materials Purchase and manage inventory for resin, color, labels, boxes, pallets, foil, and other plant materials Forecast resin supply for at least three months and manage silo/railcar scheduling Maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets and inventory databases including ProTraQ, E1 Assist warehouse, customer service, quality, scheduling, and shipping teams to ensure efficient operations
