Cycle Counter

Cycle CounterLocation: Shepherdsville, KY 40165. Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.00/hr (Paid Weekly). Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Overview The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining accurate warehouse inventory by performing routine cycle counts and identifying discrepancies. This role supports efficient warehouse operations by ensuring inventory records match physical stock and by reporting and resolving inventory issues quickly. Key Responsibilities Perform routine cycle counts to verify warehouse inventory accuracy. Compare physical inventory counts with system records. Investigate and report discrepancies including shortages, overages, or damaged inventory. Maintain accurate documentation of counts and inventory adjustments. Assist with inventory reconciliation and corrective actions. Follow warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines. Support general warehouse operations as needed. Required Skills Basic warehouse or inventory experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and counting accuracy. Ability to perform repetitive inventory counting tasks. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to lift, move, and handle inventory as required. Strong communication skills for reporting inventory issues. Education High school diploma or GED preferred.
