Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are working on an exciting opportunity with a Family Medicine practice that is launching soon in the Lone Tree, CO area. This is an innovative direct primary care model that gives patients the tools and resources to achieve optimal health through meaningful patient experiences and greater access to primary care providers and other health resources.
