Everett Campus: 30-bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center s Pacific Campus. Monroe Campus: 34-bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe. Bellevue OutpatientFairfax Behavioral Health offers a complete continuum of acute inpatient, PHP, IOP, Patriot Support Program for Active Duty, Veterans, and First Responders, and Women s-focused programs. We prioritize patient recovery, offering a supportive environment and a comprehensive plan for long-term sobriety and improved mental health. Details Manageable and Sustainable Caseload: Average of 16 patient encounters per day. Schedule: Generally Monday Friday, day shifts, with flexibility to be offsite after clinical duties are completed. Primary Duties: Initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, treatment team leadership, and patient discharges. Work-Life Balance: Occasional once monthly weekend rounding and once per week evening call coverage by phone only.Please note: This position requires 3+ years of previous PMHNP/APRN work experience (clinical rotations and preceptor hours are not included). Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $150,000-$180,000 depending on experience and job fit. CME package Full-time, employed W-2 position.
