Neurosurgery NP Inpatient Role (7 On / 7 Off)Schedule: , 7 days on / 7 days offCoverage: 100% Inpatient Floor (No OR / No Call)We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a strong background in neurosurgery to join our inpatient neurosurgical team. This role is strictly non-operative, focusing on the management of neurosurgical inpatients, including post-operative care and neurocritical care. Key Responsibilities: Provide care to neurosurgical inpatients with varying acuity.Manage patients in the MICU, SICU, and ED settings.Collaborate with a team of 7 neurosurgeons.Handle a case mix of cranial and spinal patients, typically ranging from 50/50 to variable splits based on surgical volume and patient needs. Qualifications: Must have extensive experience in neurosurgery, including inpatient management, post-op care, and ICU-level acuity.Neurocritical care experience is required.Strong clinical decision-making, autonomy, and teamwork skills are essential.
