Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

FNP /PA- Urgent Care Clinic - Rockford, IL- Seeing all ages - Full time 40 hours/week- ASAP start upon credentialing- 3 month initial contract with extension options - Clinic Hours: Clinic is open 7 days per week. Mon-Fri, 8am-8pm. Sat-Sun 10a-4p. Ideal candidate can be flexible and work any combo of days/hours. Typically 8 or 10 hour shifts. 36 scheduled patient hours and 4 hours for admin/charting.Requirements:- Prefer experience in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Emergency, Occupational Health and Ortho. If only Family Medicine experience then must have experience seeing ortho related cases in FM.
