Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with a focus on Rheumatology to provide direct patient care at our Portland, OR clinic located within the hospital campus. This full-time role involves managing scheduled Rheumatology patients, responding to patient inquiries, and supporting the clinic s daily operations. The position offers a stable schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with guaranteed hours and overtime paid after 8 hours each day. Required Skills: Active Oregon state license and DEA certificationBoard Certified in their respective provider role (PA or NP)BLS certificationMinimum of 1-year Rheumatology-specific clinical experienceProficiency in Epic EMR for patient scheduling and documentationStrong clinical judgment and excellent communication skillsNice to Have Skills: Previous experience working within hospital outpatient departmentsFamiliarity with hospital credentialing processesAdditional certifications related to Rheumatology carePreferred Education and Experience: Master s degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing PracticeAt least 2 years of Rheumatology clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient settingOther Requirements: Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm) with one-hour lunch breakAbility to complete hospital privileging documentation promptly to ensure timely credentialingWillingness to adhere to all clinic and hospital policies and proceduresThis is an outstanding chance to join a reputable organization that values your skills and promotes professional growth.
