Exciting Opportunities for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners in Urgent & Acute Care Join our dynamic healthcare team and make a meaningful impact in urgent and acute care settings. As a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adults and children (6 months and up) within busy urgent care centers. This role offers the chance to work independently, manage a diverse caseload, and hone your skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to community wellbeing. Required Skills: Minimum of 12 months clinical experience in urgent or acute care settingsProficiency in the Epic electronic medical record systemCurrent Board Certification (PA Cert, Family NP Cert, or equivalent), BLS, and NC DEAAbility to treat adults and pediatrics (6 months+), performing procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, ear irrigation, and minor proceduresExcellent soft skills, including strong communication and teamwork capabilitiesAbility to independently see and treat all patients assigned, managing high-volume patient loads efficientlyMust be able to work within a 60-mile radius of your residenceNice to Have Skills: Experience in high-volume clinics handling diverse patient casesPrior experience with EMR training or independent patient managementBilingual skills to serve diverse patient populationsPreferred Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited PA or Nurse Practitioner programCertification in ACLS or PALS is a plusAt least 12 months of recent urgent care or emergency department experience preferredOther Requirements: Valid state licensure and authorization to work in healthcareAvailability to participate in scheduled training sessions via WednesdaysWillingness to support multiple clinic locations within your vicinityNo travel or call requirements; offsite supervision provided for APPsAbility to provide credentialing documentation before onboardingWe offer competitive hourly pay at $1.00/hour, complemented by comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage (W-2), robust referral bonuses, licensure and certification reimbursements, paid sick leave, and other incentives.
