This role is ideal for someone who:Enjoys flexibility and autonomyTakes full ownership of their workIs a strong communicator and relationship builderIs genuinely passionate about patient careThis is more than just a role it s an opportunity to build, grow, and make a meaningful impact within a supported, high-functioning clinical team.Position Overview:This position will initially involve psychiatric rounding in two or three post-acute facilities, with an approximate census of 50-100 patients.With the right personality and motivation, this role has significant growth potential.
