New Nocturnist Hospitalist NP/PA Opening 1 Hour South of AtlantaUpson Regional Medical Center Thomaston, GeorgiaCore Clinical PartnersCore Clinical Partners is expanding onsite Hospital Medicine services at Upson Regional Medical Center and is seeking a Nocturnist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team.This is a newly created onsite night position as the program transitions from prior tele-hospitalist coverage to a fully supported in-house nocturnist model. You will play a key role in strengthening overnight care within a growing community hospital partnership.Program StructureDay Coverage Model:1 Day Hospitalist Physician1 Day NP/PANight Coverage Model:Dedicated Nocturnist NP/PA (7 PM 7 AM)Schedule: 7 on / 7 offAverage Daily Census: 30115-bed community hospital10-bed Open ICU with tele-intensivist supportEMR: Meditech ExpanseClinical ResponsibilitiesAdmit patients to medical/surgical floors, ICU, and specialty unitsComplete H&P documentationManage overnight cross-coverageCollaborate with tele-intensivists for ICU patientsPerform bedside procedures as clinically indicatedProcedural experience is strongly preferred, including central lines and intubations.Integrated EM & HM PartnershipCore Clinical Partners also manages the Emergency Medicine service at Upson, creating strong collaboration between EM and Hospital Medicine.
