Cashier / Front Counter CSR

Position responsibilities: • Greet customers Process checkout operation, Complete required paperwork, and data entry services Accept all forms of payment (cash, check, credit card) Calculate and return change when required Process and complete layaways/special orders Answer customers questions about products or services Check source documents for accuracy Reconcile cash drawers / Sales receipts Assist in stocking and rotating merchandise Work as a team to offer the best customer service Knowledge and Skills: Must be computer savvy; must know how to type, use Microsoft office proficiently, and be willing to learn new programs. Must be able to multi-task, VERY Important. Retail/Customer Service experience is a plus Must be able to lift 30 lbs. Must be able to work in team environment. Must be 18 or older Clean background, background check will be done. Education: High school diploma or equivalent Benefits: Competitive wages, based on experience. Health Insurance provided.
