Emotional Support: Provide companionship and emotional encouragement, helping clients maintain a positive outlook. Mobility Assistance: Aid clients with mobility using Hoyer lifts and Sit-to-Stand devices (experience preferred but not required). Maintain Environment: Keep the home environment clean, safe, and supportive of each client's needs. Documentation: Accurately record patient care and report any changes in condition to the care team.
