Also structure the loan program to suit the borrower's needs. Work in a faced paced environment and apply knowledge of loan programs and guidelines to structure a loan that fits the borrower's goals. What You Will Bring: Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Access and Power point Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop working relations with business associates at a positive level Mathematical skill - ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Knowledge mortgage underwriting systems: AUS, DO, DU High School diploma 1+ years mortgage industry experience Experience with pulling and analyzing credit report Duties and Responsibilities: Knowledge mortgage underwriting systems: AUS, DO, DU Ability to evaluate credit reports Be familiar with various mortgage loan products CHFA, FNMA, FHLMC, Conventional Analyzes and interprets financial data to fit established parameters set by industry. Maintain a secure environment for loan process files. Good moral ethics conduct. Communicates any concerns on possible misrepresentation or fraudulent documentation/activity to Branch Manager and/or Processing Supervisor, if necessary.
