No Labor Category Light Industrial Date 24-Mar-2026 City Bensenville State Illinois Country United States Ref # 9247852978 Description & RequirementsDescriptionJob Title: Inventory Clerk Location: Bensenville, IL 60106 Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records by performing physical counts, verifying data, and investigating discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Count merchandise in stock and record totals in inventory systems Compare physical inventory counts to office records and reconcile discrepancies Compute inventory figures using sales orders, production records, and purchase invoices Verify clerical computations and correct any errors in counts or documentation Investigate and report causes of inventory discrepancies Generate inventory reports, including balances, shortages, and adjustments Prepare lists of depleted stock and notify appropriate teams Identify defective or unusable items and recommend further evaluation or disposal Maintain accurate and organized inventory records at all times Qualifications Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse, or related role preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic math and data entry skills Ability to analyze discrepancies and problem-solve effectively Comfortable working with inventory systems and reports Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
