Position Overview We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in industrial piping systems to lead projects from initial planning through execution and closeout. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring high-quality delivery across complex piping and mechanical projects. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of industrial piping and mechanical projects, including fabrication, installation, and maintenance Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; track and report on progress Coordinate with engineering, fabrication teams, field crews, and subcontractors Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate execution Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality standards Identify risks and proactively resolve project challenges related to scope, cost, or schedule Oversee procurement of materials and equipment Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures Provide regular updates on project status, financials, and performance metrics Qualifications 38+ years of project management experience in industrial piping, mechanical construction, or related field Strong knowledge of piping systems (e.g., process piping, high-purity piping, or mechanical systems) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and P&IDs Experience managing field crews and subcontractors Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, chemical processing, or manufacturing Familiarity with stainless steel and sanitary piping systems Background in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control OSHA certification or strong knowledge of safety standards What Youll Bring A proactive, detail-oriented approach to project execution Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction
