About the job Warehouse & Account Support Warehouse & Account Support Coordinator - Japanese Bilingual(70% Warehouse Operations / 30% Corporate Account Support) Salary: $43,000-$45,000Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Warehouse & Account Support Coordinator to support both daily warehouse operations and corporate customer communication. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both on-site in warehouse operations and handling basic administrative/customer coordination tasks. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations (Approx. 70%) Process incoming shipments Maintain and monitor inventory levels Prepare outbound shipments Coordinate shipping and dispatch Support day-to-day warehouse operations Account & Customer Support (Approx. 30%) Communicate with corporate clients Handle customer inquiries Coordinate internally with related departments Provide basic operational updates to clients Qualifications Basic Excel skills (data entry and simple functions) Comfortable using a computer and general office software Ability to communicate in Japanese & in basic English Detail-oriented and reliable Ideal Candidate Profile This role is best suited for someone who: Has prior office experience but is open to hands-on warehouse work Is comfortable working both on-site and at a desk Is flexible and adaptable Is dependable and organized
