Grill Operator - Wendy's

Wendy’s is seeking Grill Operators to prepare hot food items and maintain grill station operations in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen environment. Grill Operators are responsible for cooking burgers, chicken, and other hot menu items according to Wendy’s recipes and food safety standards. Employees operate grills and kitchen equipment, monitor food temperatures, assemble food orders, restock grill station ingredients, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. This position typically pays $13 to $17 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, night shift pay differential, holiday pay, and performance-based raises depending on location and experience. Grill Operators are responsible for cooking food to company standards, monitoring food quality, maintaining proper food temperatures, stocking grill station supplies, cleaning grills and kitchen equipment, assisting with deliveries, and following food safety and sanitation procedures. Employees must work efficiently during busy periods and communicate with team members to ensure orders are completed on time.
