We're looking for professionals who are not only experienced in home care but also genuinely passionate about providing quality, compassionate support. This role is a dual position that combines both in-office coordination and field caregiving responsibilities. It's ideal for someone dependable, flexible, and committed to delivering excellent care. What we're looking for: Availability to cover caregiving shifts Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Flexibility to support new client starts during the week Willingness to work weekends as needed Ability to coordinate and adjust weekly schedules based on client needs Promptly address and resolve scheduling issues in a professional manner Comfortable with communication between clients, families, and staff Minimum of 3 years' experience as a CNA or in a similar caregiving role Experience in developing patient goals and tracking progress Able to assist in training new staff and creating caregiver schedules Maintains confidentiality and ensures quality care Skilled in personal care and transferring clients safely using gait belts and Hoyer lifts Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance Pay starts at $14/hour and may vary depending on the client's approved rate. As a PRN Caregiver, you may not always be scheduled to cover shifts, but when a shift opens up, you must be available to accept it any time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
