Order Picker - 1st & 2nd Shift (TemptoHire) Aurora, IL • FullTime • Weekly Pay • LongTerm Opportunity A leading 3PL distribution center in Aurora, IL is hiring experienced and dependable Warehouse Associates and Forklift Operators to support daily operations involving automotive parts, inventory tasks, outbound picking, and packaging. These are temptohire roles offering consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and longterm growth potential. Shifts & Schedules 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Saturday OT (as needed): 4:00 AM-12:00 PM Overtime Windows: May extend to 4:00 AM-2:30 PM or 5:00 AM-3:30 PM 2nd Shift: Tuesday-Friday, 1:15 PM-9:45 PM Mondays, 12:00 PM-10:00 PM Key Responsibilities Operate order/cherry pickers (MHE); some roles require reach truck experience Perform picking, staging, replenishment, and general warehouse tasks Support inventory functions, including cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, and consolidation Package materials, including glass components such as windshields (lifting required) Use RF scanners to track inventory and ensure order accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safetyfocused work environment Requirements Recent experience operating order/cherry pickers; reach truck experience preferred for some roles Understanding of general warehouse operations, picking processes, or inventory workflows Ability to lift and handle materials as needed Steeltoed safety shoes required Reliable transportation required Strong safety awareness, dependability, and willingness to learn Proficient English communication skills - candidates who do not meet this requirement may be disqualified during the onsite meetandgreet Why You'll Want to Work Here Stable, fulltime schedule with no weekends Weekly pay and consistent hours Temptohire opportunity with longterm potential Clean, organized 3PL environment handling automotive parts Opportunity to expand equipment skills across multiple forklift types Supportive leadership and a positive team culture Apply now, don't miss out on a great opportunity!!!
