Lead scheduling for complex builds Collaborate on full EPC project lifecycle About Our Client We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support complex Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects within the industrial manufacturing sector. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 while working closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and construction personnel. The ideal candidate has strong experience supporting EPC projects and understands the full project lifecycle from engineering and procurement through construction and commissioning. Job Description Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for multiple EPC projects. Create baseline schedules, resource-loaded schedules, and cost-loaded schedules aligned with project execution plans. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate schedule development and progress updates. Track project progress and analyze schedule performance, identifying critical path activities, risks, and potential delays. Produce weekly and monthly schedule updates, progress reports, and executive dashboards. Conduct schedule risk analysis and recovery planning when projects fall behind schedule. Support project managers with forecasting completion dates and identifying schedule improvement opportunities. Participate in project meetings to communicate schedule status, milestones, and critical constraints. Review contractor and subcontractor schedules for alignment with the overall project timeline. Ensure schedules are maintained in accordance with EPC best practices and company scheduling standards. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Scheduler should have: 3+ years of project scheduling experience supporting engineering or construction projects. Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is required. Experience supporting EPC projects within industrial manufacturing, heavy industrial, or infrastructure environments. Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction project workflows. Experience with critical path method (CPM) scheduling and schedule analysis. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, construction sequencing, and procurement timelines. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional project teams.
