Desktop Engineer

Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Desktop Engineer to support an enterprise endpoint environment of approximately 15,000 devices across MacOS, Windows, and iOS platforms. This role focuses on endpoint engineering and administration, partnering closely with an Endpoint Architect and Desktop Engineering team. Responsibilities include managing device standards, application deployments, patching, and policy enforcement through Intune and JAMF, supporting executive and enterprise users, and troubleshooting complex endpoint issues.
