Inventory Control Specialist Location: Fort Worth, TX 76177 Pay Rate: $22.00/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Adecco is hiring an experienced Inventory Control Specialist for a fast-paced distribution environment in Dallas, TX. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring efficient material flow within a high-volume facility. Key Responsibilities: Perform inventory control functions including cycle counting and stock replenishment Complete physical and electronic goods receipts and ERP transactions Load and unload materials using manual and powered equipment Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies Process returns and ensure proper documentation and system updates Conduct inventory audits and spot checks as needed Collaborate with internal teams (operations, purchasing, distribution) to meet business needs Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Requirements: Minimum 2 years of inventory control or warehouse experience (cycle counting required) Forklift experience required (reach truck, cherry picker, or similar equipment) Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods High School Diploma or GED required Why Work with Adecco?
