We're looking for a Dispatcher Fleet/Courier Operations to serve as the central communication hub for our healthcare transportation network. In this mission-critical role, you'll coordinate and optimize drivers across multiple service linesincluding Fleet, Courier, Culinary, Central Fill, Nuclear Rx, and EMSsupporting deliveries to hospitals, medical offices, and healthcare facilities. Your work ensures life-saving supplies and services arrive safely, timely, and compliantly. What You'll Do Real-Time Dispatch & Coordination Schedule and dispatch drivers across routine, on-demand, and stat routes Monitor fleet activity using GPS and fleet management systems (e.g., Samsara) Adjust routes and staffing in real time to address delays or emergencies Serve as the primary communication contact for drivers Team & Workforce Support Assist with driver scheduling and coverage planning Support recruitment, onboarding, and training Provide coaching and promote accountability and engagement Communication & Customer Service Proactively communicate delivery updates and service issues Collaborate with leadership to resolve operational challenges Maintain strong, professional relationships with internal and external partners Safety & Compliance Support DOT, OSHA, and HIPAA compliance standards Identify and escalate safety concerns Monitor driver performance and ensure policy adherence Continuous Improvement Help streamline dispatch workflows and routing efficiency Maintain documentation and standard work processes Utilize dispatch systems and Microsoft Office tools effectively Qualifications What You Bring High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, healthcare, or industrial operations Prior dispatch or fleet coordination experience preferred Strong multitasking and decision-making skills Excellent communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel and dispatch/GPS systems Valid driver's license with a safe driving record Why Join LeeSar & CSF At LeeSar and CSF, our Courier and Fleet Operations team plays a vital role in supporting hospitals and healthcare systems throughout Southwest Florida.
