ESP Caregiver Companion / HHA / CNA

You will work individually with clients, providing a variety of non-medical services that will allow you to support seniors who wish to age in their own homes. Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Responsibilities With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, among others: Perform daily living activities and provide companionship to our clients in their homes. Support personal hygiene which includes, among others, bathing, grooming, dressing, and using the bathroom. Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders. Transportation for appointments and errands. Qualifications and Skills Ideally a licensed CNA or HHA or six months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill individuals. Exceptional personal communication skills. Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position, including lifting and transferring up to 50 pounds. Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid drivers license and car insurance. Must have an active CPR certification or be willing to obtain the certification (training required). Current tuberculosis test. Mature, attentive, punctual, and reliable person. Requires active level 2 background check from the State of Florida or passing one. Benefits Signing bonus: up to $300 after 90 days of employment. Regular bi-weekly salary paid by direct deposit.
