Job Summary Shepherd's Hollow is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our exceptional team as Dishwashers. We are looking for self-motivated team players with a positive attitude and a dedication to superior service. Full and Part Time positions available. Flexible schedules available. Compensation: $13.73 per hour Supplemental pay through tips provided for work during banquet events. Responsibilities We welcome and train all experience levels! As a Dishwasher, your daily duties will include: Washing dishes Assist the kitchen with basic food preparation Assist with bussing of tables Maintaining kitchen cleanliness Other duties as required Candidate Requirements We are looking for applicants who are: Friendly and Outgoing: Able to interact positively with guests and staff. Self-Motivated: Proactive in identifying and completing tasks without constant supervision. A Team Player: Willing to collaborate closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff. Detail-Oriented: Able to efficiently handle multiple support tasks in a timely manner. Qualifications Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts, particularly during the school year and summer season. Experience: Prior experience in restaurant or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
