The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored. Moves materials within a warehouse and completes other warehouse support tasks. Performs various operations, including unloading, picking, packing, counting, and checking items to maintain inventory. Package, stage and prepare orders for delivery. Operates hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other material handling equipment according to safety policies and procedures. May view or input information into inventory software and databases. Requirements: One (1) year related warehouse experience Equivalent combination of education and experience MUST be reliable and have good attendance. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written form Must work as part of a team environment and maintain professionalism Must be detail oriented and conscientious about the accuracy and thoroughness of the position Ability to read and interpret document such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions With minimal supervision, demonstrate the ability to analyze information gathered to identify potential problems or discrepancies Previous experience with the safe operation of forklift
