Sheet Metal Fabricator / Assembler We're hiring an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator/Assembler to build structural metal panels in a manufacturing environment. This is hands-on, physical work using basic shop tools and measuring equipment. This role is a good fit for candidates with sheet metal, carpentry, roofing, siding, or similar trade experience who are comfortable working with tools, measurements, and physical work. What You'll Do Assemble structural metal building panels in a shop setting Work with sheet metal, steel components, insulation, and cladding Use hand and power tools safely and correctly Measure accurately using tape measures and squares (down to 1/16") Follow drawings, work instructions, and verbal direction Assist with material handling, including suspended loads Keep your work area clean and organized Follow all safety procedures What You Need 2+ years of experience in sheet metal, metalworking, siding, roofing, or industrial assembly Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch Experience choosing and using the right tools for the job Ability to follow written and verbal instructions High school diploma, GED, or vocational training Able to lift up to 70 lbs and work on your feet all shift Full upper and lower body mobility (standing, bending, kneeling, reaching) Nice to Have Blueprint reading experience Industrial assembly background Small-part or bench electrical assembly is not relevant Schedule & Pay Day shift starting at 6:00 AM Typical hours: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM $26$32/hr, based on experience Overtime may be available based on performance Work Environment Manufacturing/shop setting with noise, dust, fumes, and odors Open-air building Small team environment (23 people) Why Apply Competitive pay with long-term opportunity Company is expanding and opening a new Everett location Full benefits available after hire (medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO, holidays) Skill-based work with room to grow Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
